Most projects here start small and grow: a wardrobe wall in the main bedroom, then the spare room, then the alcoves downstairs. We are happy to work that way, and we keep drawings and finish records so a later phase matches the first one instead of nearly matching it.
Newer apartments in the borough bring their own constraints - plasterboard walls, service voids and floors that must not be drilled. We survey for those before design, so fixings and setting out are planned rather than improvised on installation day.
