Georgian and Victorian terraces plus warehouse conversions across Angel, Highbury, Canonbury and Clerkenwell, where alcove joinery and media walls do most of the work.

Islington terraces have a familiar shape: two alcoves either side of a chimney breast, a knocked-through ground floor and not much spare wall. Alcove cabinetry, media walls and slim full-height storage are what make those rooms work, and all three depend on setting out accurately around out-of-plumb walls.
The warehouse conversions ask a different question. Exposed brick, steel and high ceilings mean freestanding-feeling cabinetry and long low runs often sit better than wall-to-wall built-ins, so we design to leave the structure visible rather than boxing it in.
